摘要
目的研究紫花地丁Viola yedoensis干燥带根全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化;通过核磁共振等波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从紫花地丁全草95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位中共分离得到23个化合物,分别鉴定为pubinernoid A(1)、(2R,6R,9R)-2,9-二羟基-4-巨豆烯-3-酮(2)、3S,5R-二羟基-6R,7-巨豆二烯-9-酮(3)、去氢催吐萝芙醇(4)、布卢姆醇A(5)、布卢姆醇B(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(8)、1α,2α,3β-三羟基齐墩-12-烯-28-酸(9)、2α,19α-二羟基乌苏酸(10)、3α-羟基木栓烷-2-酮(11)、7-oxopetrosterol(12)、3β-羟基-豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(13)、丁香脂素(14)、落叶松脂醇(15)、瑞香新素(16)、伞形花内酯(17)、对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(18)、对羟基苯丙酸(19)、对羟基苯甲醛(20)、对甲氧基苯甲醛(21)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(22)和5-羟甲基糠醛(23)。结论除化合物17为首次从该植物中分离得到外,其余化合物均为首次从堇菜属植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole plants of Viola yedoensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, as well as on the semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolates were identified by the NMR spectroscopic method. Results Twenty-three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as pubinernoid A(1),(2 R,6 R,9 R)-2,9-dihydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one(2), 3 S,5 R-dihydroxy-6 R,7-megastigmadien-9-one(3), dehydrovomifoliol(4), blumenol A(5), blumenol B(6), oleanolic acid(7), 2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid(8), 1α,2α,3β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid(9), 2α,19α-dihydroxyursolic acid(10), 3α-hydroxyfriedel-2-one(11), 7-oxopetrosterol(12), 7-oxositosterol(13), syringaresinol(14), lariciresinol(15), daphneticin(16), umbelliferone(17), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(18), p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(19), p-hydrobenzaldehyde(20), p-methoxybenzaldehyde(21), p-methoxybenzoic acid(22), and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural(23). Conclusion Compounds 1—16 and 18—23 are isolated from the genus Viol for the first time, and compound 17 is isolated from the plant for the first time.
