摘要
中医药海外中心对推动中医药海外发展与传播、促进中外文化交流具有重要作用,制定科学发展策略是保证其稳定、持续运行的保障和关键。在"一带一路"视域下,基于中医药海外中心发展中存在的问题,包括战略布局的科学性问题、参与拓展双边多边合作问题、建设管理与特色发展问题,通过深入研究调查,提出中医药海外中心的发展策略,具体为围绕"一带一路"沿线国家完善布局版图、重视布局的区域合作机制、科学构建中医药海外中心的管理体系、激活中医药海外中心的"六位一体"功能、凸显各中心的独特优势以及加强外向型人才梯队建设等层面,对推动中医药海外中心的良性运行与发展提供智力支持。
Overseas traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) centers play an important role in disseminating and promoting the TCM abroad and enhancing the culture exchange between China and foreign countries. The scientific development strategies of overseas TCM centers are the guarantees and keys to ensure the stable and sustainable operation.Under the "One Belt and One Road"horizon,based on the problems in the development of overseas centers for Chinese medicine,including the scientific issues of strategic layout,participation in the development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues,and the development of construction management and special features,the Chinese medicine has been proposed through in-depth research and investigation. The overseas center' s development strategy is specifically focused on improving the layout of the countries along the"One Belt and One Road"region,attaching importance to the regional cooperation mechanism,scientifically building the management system of the overseas center of Chinese medicine,and activating the"six in one"function of overseas centers of Chinese medicine,highlighting the unique advantages of each center,as well as the strengthening of the construction of outward-oriented talent echelons,so as to provide inte-llectual support for promoting the sound operation and development of overseas centers of Chinese medicine.
