Optimization of degumming process of rice bran oil with high acid value

摘要 以高酸值米糠油为原料,进行脱胶工艺的研究。在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化脱胶工艺参数,结合实际可操作性得出较优工艺条件为水添加量3%,柠檬酸浓度50g/100 mL,脱胶时间25 min,酸添加量0.25%,脱胶温度70℃条件下,添加高酸值米糠油的脱胶率达到95.23%。 Using rice bran oil with high acid value as raw material, the degumming process was studied. On the basis of single factor, orthogonal experiment was used to optimzed the degumming process, combined with the actual operation, the optimal conditions were as follows: water addition 3%, citric acid concentration 50 g/100 m L, degumming time 25 min, acid concentration 0.25%, degumming temperature 70 ℃, under these conditions, degumming rate of rice bran oil with high acid value reached 95.23%.
