摘要
为了分析涡轮转子的外圈轮缘对涡轮钻具性能的影响,基于水力驱动涡轮引鞋工具的设计,设计了有、无外圈轮缘两种不同结构的涡轮转子,从理论上初步分析了其水力性能的不同,并利用数值模拟的方法,验证了理论分析的正确性。经对比分析发现,在最高效率点处有外圈轮缘涡轮转子的转化扭矩、压降和转化效率均大于无外圈轮缘涡轮转子,并且转化扭矩增大20.1%,压降升高8.7%,转化效率提高10.4%。相关研究对实际工程具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the design of hydraulic driven turbine guide shoe tool,two turbine rotors with outer rim and no outer rim were designed to analyze the influence of outer rim of rotors on performance of a Turbodrill. Then performances of them were preliminarily analyzed on theory. Also,the correctness of the theoretic analysis was verified by numerical simulation analysis. After comparing the two data,the results show that the torque,pressure drop and hydraulic efficiency of the turbine rotor with outer rim are greater than that of the turbine rotor without outer rim,and the torque increase 20. 1%,the pressure drop increase 8. 7% and the hydraulic efficiency increase 10. 4% at the maximum efficiency point. The results are of certain guiding significance for the actual engineering.
