摘要
采用屑挤压法合成ZM6镁合金废屑和Mg-Ce中间合金屑制成棒材,研究Mg-Ce中间合金屑形状对合成镁合金棒的组织和性能影响,并讨论其断裂行为。结果表明:屑挤压后,Mg-Ce中间合金屑没有被打碎,合金棒材的力学性能较差。相比较而言,含w(Ce)=3.5%(屑状)的ZM6镁合金综合性能好一些,抗拉强度为180 N/mm2,伸长率为5.5%,试样的断裂方式为脆性断裂。
A method for recycling ZM6 magnesium alloy chips and Mg-Ce alloy chips and making them into rods by extrusion of machined chips was studied. The effect of Mg-Ce alloy chips' shape on microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium rod was analyzed and the fracture behavior was discussed. The results indicate that after extrusion of machined chips, tensile strength and elongation to failure of the alloy rod are very low because Mg-Ce intermedi- ate alloy chips are not broken. In comparison, tensile strength and elongation to failure of ZM6- 3.5% Ce(chips)are better. Ultimate tensile strength and elongation to failure of the alloy are 180 N/mm^2 and 5.5% ,respectively. Fracture mode of the specimen is brittle fracture.
