摘要
目的观察金匮肾气丸对阳虚型亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)病患促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血脂及临床疗效的影响,以期指导临床。方法将90例SCH患者随机分为中药组、西药组、对照组,中、西药组在对照组的基础上分别给予金匮肾气丸、优甲乐治疗。对照组予饮食宣教、干预。治疗2个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比各组患者血脂总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度腹蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的变化,并对各组进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,中、西药组TCHO、LDL的高水平状态均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),且中药组疗效更佳,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);同时TSH水平的过度表达也较治疗前有明显抑制(<0.05)。对照组临床有效率与中药组、西药组比较有统计学差异(<0.05),中、西药组之间无差异(>0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸可调整SCH患者TCHO、LDL的高水平状态,临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effect ofJinkui Shenqi pills on blood lipid and the clinical efficacy of patients with deficiency of kidney-yang subclinical hypothyroidism （SCH）, in order to guide the clinical practice. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） group, western medicine group and control group. Compared to control group, TCM group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi pills and western medicine group was treated with Euthyrox. Control group was on diet education and intervention. Each course of treatment lasted for 2 months. The blood lipid levels（ TC, TG, LDL, HDL ）and TSH levels were compared among the three groups after 3 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated among the three groups. Results Compared with control group, high-level condition of TCHO and LDL in TCM and western medicine groups was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In addition, the effect of TCM group was better, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the overexpression of TSH was significantly repressed. In contrast,there was significant difference of the clinical efficacy rates of TCM group and western medicine group, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）.There was no difference between TCM group and westernmedicine group（P〉0.05 ）. Conelusion Jinkui Shenqi pills can adjust the high-level condition of TCHO and LDL in SCH patients and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
