摘要
耐药结核病是一种严重危害人体健康的慢性传染性疾病,是我国以及全世界面临的公共卫生难题之一,由于受多种因素的影响,耐药结核病尤其是耐多药结核病产生并在逐渐增多,甚至于不少国家与地区出现了耐药结核病的流行。作者从耐药结核病的形成机制、耐药结核的分类以及治疗方案和效果等现状、下一步展望等进行了综述。
