摘要
利用SAW-2000岩石伺服压力机和SAEU2S声发射监测系统,对5组厚径比一定,直径不同的砂岩圆盘试样进行巴西劈裂试验,并对加载过程中的应变、声发射参数进行分析。结果表明:在试样同厚径比的条件下,试样的抗拉强度与试样直径符合一定的函数关系,岩石巴西劈裂的抗拉强度随尺寸的增大而减小,当尺寸达到某一阈值时强度趋于稳定;岩石巴西劈裂过程中尺寸效应对声发射(AE)能量的释放影响明显,小尺寸试样AE累计能量与时间的曲线呈现多个"台阶形"变化,随着试样尺寸的增大,AE累计能量与时间曲线前期变化平缓,临破裂前出现激增。
Using the SAW-2000 rock servo press and SAEU2S acoustic emission (AE) monitor system, five groups of sandstone rock samples with the same thickness-to-diameter ratio and different diameters were studied in Brazilian split. And the strain and AE parameters during loading were analyzed. The results showed as follows. Firstly, when the samples had the same thickness-to-diameter ratio, their tensile strength and diameter accorded with a certain function. The tensile strength of rock Brazilian split decreased with the increase of size, and tended to be stable when the size reached a certain threshold value. Secondly, the size effect had a significant influence on the release of AE energy in the process of Brazil split. The curve of AE accumulative energy and time for the small samples showed a variety of step-type changes. With the increase of sample size, the curve of AE accumulative energy and time changed gently at the early stage, but shot up before the rupture.
