大直径复合绝缘子转轮法试验(二):泄漏电流沿环向分布问题 被引量:2

Tracking Wheel Test for Composite Insulator with Large Diameter: Part Ⅱ-Circumferential Distribution of Leakage Current

摘要 为了研究大直径复合绝缘子转轮法试验中泄漏电流沿环向分布情况及其对试品老化的影响,按照本系列论文的第1篇推荐的试验方案,对2支大直径复合绝缘子试品进行了30000转完整的转轮法试验,在试验中沿环向将泄漏电流分为8路同时进行了测量。试验结果表明,滴落位置中处于朝下位置的泄漏电流一般要大于处于朝上位置的泄漏电流,且更早进入第3阶段,即试品表面憎水性丧失得更快。累积放电量也呈现出同样的规律,2支试品最小值分别约为最大值的0.61和0.62倍。2支试品表面在试验后均未没有出现较为严重的漏电起痕及电蚀损,对于日后的大直径复合绝缘子转轮法试验,可以不用担心泄漏电流和放电沿环向分布不均的问题。 In order to study the circumferential distribution of leakage current for the specimen with larger diameter and its influence on the ageing of the specimen in the tracking wheel test, a whole test with a duration of 30 000 cycles was conducted on two large-diameter specimens under the recommended test method proposed in the first part of the two-part article. The leakage current was divided into 8 channels circumferentially. The results show that leakage current of the lower part in the drip position is generally larger than that of the upper part and comes into the third stage earlier, which means that the hydrophobicity in this part loses faster. The cumulative charge for each channel has the same law. The minimum value is about 0.61 and 0.62 time of the maximum value for the two specimens, respectively. There is no severe tracking or erosion for the two specimens. It is concluded the circumferential distribution of leakage current and arcing will not influence the tracking wheel test on specimens with relatively large diameters.
