摘要
有限元分析是把复杂整体分解为有限个简单单元的组合性状来模拟、计算、分析和预测的方法,是生物力学研究的重要手段。精密的眼部有限元模型不仅可以描述所验证的生物力学行为,而且能够精确预测没有测量过的生物力学行为,从而可以对那些难以或不可能实施的力学实验,通过仿真过程加以研究。在眼外伤、角膜病、屈光手术和手术机器人研发等方向,有限元分析具有着广泛的应用前景,眼科有限元仿真建模技术也必将随着相关临床研究的深入而不断更新发展。
The finite element modeling and simulation methods could provide a feasible solution for the quantitative analysis of human eye. In this paper, the recent research development of human eye finite element modeling and simulation would be analyzed. The research development and application of ocular finite element modeling and simulation were classified and summed up. Finite element analysis has a wide application prospect, and it is a powerful tool for ophthalmic research.
