锐钛矿型TiO_2的低温微波辅助法制备及其光催化性能 被引量:4

摘要 以六氟钛酸铵为钛源,硼酸为硼源,在低温(低于100℃)开放体系中,通过微波辅助法制备了锐钛矿型TiO_2,研究了不同的反应条件对产物晶型的影响。结果表明,反应物比例、前驱体浓度、微波加热温度对TiO_2的晶型没有影响,均为结晶度良好的锐钛矿相。以罗丹明B为降解物,探讨了不同微波反应条件制备得到TiO_2的光催化性能。结果表明,微波辅助法制备得到的TiO_2光催化性能优于商品催化剂P25-TiO_2。紫外光催化150 min后,不同条件下制备的TiO_2对罗丹明B的脱色率≥94%,而P25-TiO_2对罗丹明B的脱色率仅为86%。 The anatase TiO2 microsphere is prepared with (NH4)2TiF6 and H3BO3 at low temperature (below 100℃) by microwave-assisted method in open system. The influence of different reaction conditions on crystal form of product is researched. The result shows that the concentrations of (NH4)2TiF6 and H3BO3, the temperature and time of microwave heating have no influence on the crystal form of TiO2. The photocatatytic property of TiO2 prepared by different reaction conditions of microwave-assisted heating is re- searched. The results show that the photocatalytic property of TiO2 is better than P25-TiO2 (commercial catalyst). After UV photocatalytic degradation for 150 min, the decolorization ratio of Rhodamine B is more than 94%, while the decolorization ratio of Rhodamine B by P25-TiO2 is only 86%.
