摘要
宝钢1号高炉干法除尘系统为中国首次在特大型高炉上应用干法除尘技术,经过近几年的生产实践,干法除尘系统运行良好,为干法除尘系统在大型高炉上推广应用积累了重要的操作经验。主要介绍宝钢1号高炉干法除尘技术以及输灰过程中存在的问题及解决方法,为全干法在特大型高炉上的应用提供了很好的参考,并提出了大型高炉除尘技术的发展方向。
The dry dedusting system of Baosteel No.1 blast furnace is the first application of dry dedusting technology in the special large blast furnace.The dry dedusting system is running well in recent years,which can accumulate important operational experience for the popularization and application in the special large blast furnace.The problems and solutions in the process of dust removal of No.1 blast furnace were mainly introduced,which could provide agood reference for the application dry dedusting technology in the special large blast furnace.And the development direction of large blast furnace dust removal technology was put forward.
