转炉干法除尘灰在半钢冶炼中的回收利用 被引量:5

Recovery and utilization of precipitator dust from dry de-dusting system in steelmaking with semi-steel

摘要 论述了转炉煤气干法除尘灰的产生及理化性质,并介绍了转炉干法除尘灰回收利用的工艺流程及应用实践情况。实践表明,采用炼钢干法除尘灰,配加少量锰矿和石英砂以及黏结剂制备的XG型复合造渣剂,作为转炉造渣剂用于炼钢;采用炼钢干法除尘灰,配加筛焦除尘灰以及黏结剂制备的铁碳复合球团用于炼钢,具有可观的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。 The generation and physicochemical properties of the dust from the dry de-dusting system(DDS dust)were discussed,and the practice of the process flow and practical application of dry de-dusting dust recovery from converter were introduced.The practices showed the XG slag-forming compounds,made mainly from DDS dust and from some manganese ore and quartz sand and special adhesives,can be used as converter slagging agent during the steelmaking.At the same time,the iron-carbon composite pellets,whose primary raw materials was also DDS dust,added some coking dust and special adhesives in manufacturing,was a fine auxiliary material for making steel.Both XC slag-forming compounds and iron-carbon composite pellets,mainly made from DDS dust,can bring plenty of economic and social and environmental benefits.
