摘要
对唐钢一钢轧厂中板坯连铸机黏结的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,造成该连铸机黏结的主要原因与钢种成分、铸坯断面尺寸、启渣线操作、换水口操作以及钢水温度有关,并根据分析结果制定了相应的控制措施,包括优化启渣线和换水口操作、将浸入式水口壁厚由30 mm减少至27.5 mm、优化保护渣性能以及正确的加渣捞渣操作等,最终将该连铸机的平均月黏结次数由10次降至4次,取得良好控制效果。
In the paper, the causes of the sticking in medium slab caster of tangsteel are analysed. Concluded that is con- cemed with the composition of steel, lifting tundish car operation, exchanging submerged nozzle operation, control ca- pacity of submerged nozzle, overheating extent of molten steel as well as concision of equipment. Through the improved measures including optimization of lifting tundish car operation and exchanging submerged nozzle operation, decrease of submerged nozzle thickness from 30 mm to 27.5 mm, optimize the properties of mould powder, decrease of unsteady state operation etc. By means of corresponding measures being taken, the average monthly sticking times was decreased from 10 to 4.
