摘要
碳质量分数在0.09%~0.53%的铁碳合金的包晶反应是连铸过程中非常重要的一个现象,它导致连铸坯表面裂纹非常敏感,表面纵裂高发,甚至造成纵裂漏钢。对连铸不同钢种包晶反应的特点与连铸坯裂纹的敏感性之间的关系进行了探讨分析。
The peritectic reaction of iron-carbon alloy with the carbon content of 0.09%-0.53% is a very important phe- nomenon in the continuous casting process. It leads to cracking susceptibility of slab, longitudinal surface cracks and the longitudinal breakout. The relationship between the characteristics of the peritectic reaction of different steels and the sensitivity of the continuous casting slab to the crack was discussed.
