Research on Full Automatic Welding Technology of Wide Winged Drill Rod for Coal Mine

摘要 根据煤矿用宽翼片螺旋钻杆自动焊接的工作特点,结合生产质量和生产效率的需求,介绍了螺旋钻杆全自动焊接设备的结构设计和电气控制系统设计,该设备具有通用性强、自动化程度高、焊接质量稳定等特点。性能试验表明焊接性能良好,满足使用要求。自动焊接技术的成功应用大大提高了螺旋钻杆的生产效率和质量,同时降低了螺旋钻杆的生产成本。 According to the working characteristics of the automatic welding of the wide flanged spiral drill pipe in coal mine, combined with the needs of production quality and production efficiency,introduces the structure design and the electrical control system design of the double position spiral drill pipe full automatic welding equipment. The equipment has the characteristics of strong generality,high degree of automation, stable welding quality and so on. The performance test proves that the welding performance is good and meets the requirements of use. The successful application of this equipment greatly improves the production efficiency and quality of the spiral drill rod, and reduces the production cost of the spiral drill rod.
