摘要
基于我国大数据发展的现状、企业人力资源管理在新的时代背景下面临的难题,文章针对我国企业人力资源管理过程中存在的大数据利用不充分的问题,从人才招聘、人才配置、人才开发、人力资源规划等角度提出具体的运用对策,为我国企业利用大数据进行人力资源管理提供有益的借鉴。
Based on the current development of China's big data, and the difficulties of the human resources management in China's enterprises under the new era, the article proposes the specific measures from the perspective of talent recruitment, personnel allocation, the development of human resources and human resources planning aiming at the problem that the management of human resources in China's enterprises does not take full advantage of big data, which provide a helpful reference for China's enterprises to apply big data in human resource management.
