快速穿刺型隔水导管管鞋设计及应用

摘要 针对现用隔水导管管鞋打桩过程中存在穿刺能力弱的问题,通过优化结构设计,采用楔形管鞋,产生劈土效应;顶端镶嵌硬质合金齿,提高穿刺能力;外侧布置加强筋,增加纵向强度;内侧布置旋流筋,增加横向强度且防护防转销;自主设计了一种快速穿刺型隔水导管管鞋。根据现场施工参数,Abaqus有限元分析表明,该管鞋具有极好的刺穿能力,满足现场应用要求。该管鞋可推广至渤海蓬莱、南海东部惠州等硬地层油田,将大幅提高作业效率,具有良好的应用前景。 Focusing on the problem of poor guiding ability and puncture ability in the process of piling up the current rising pipe shoes,by optimizing the structural design,this paper design a new kind of rising. The new rising use wedge-shaped tube shoes,inlaid with carbide teeth on the top end,reinforcing ribs in outer side to increase the longitudinal strength,swirling ribs to increase lateral strength and protection Anti-sales. According to the finite element analysis,this shoe has excellent guiding ability and piercing ability to meet the field application requirements. The tube shoes can be used in Bohai Penglai,Huizhou and other hard-layer oil fields in the eastern South China Sea. By using it,will greatly improve operating efficiency and has good application prospects.
