摘要
针对目前缺乏爆破片泄压测试装置方面的充分研究,要进行高压爆破片的泄压性能测试具有较大困难这一问题,设计一种高压爆破片泄压测试装置,其采用气液增压系统来输出测试时所需的高压压力介质。结合爆破片测试的要求,考虑到该系统的非线性特征,建立一种基于模糊逻辑控制器以实现参数自适应调整的PID控制器,并采用LabVIEW为上位机开发平台,以PLC作为下位机,结合串口通信协议,开发一套适用于该爆破片压力测试装置的控制程序,从而实现对压力的实时监测和控制。实验结果表明:该控制系统达到预期的设计效果,基本符合国标中对爆破片测试时线性增压的要求,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In view of the lack of sufficient research on the current pressure relief test device of the bursting disc, it is difficult to test the pressure relief performance test of the high pressure bursting disc, a kind of pressure relief test device that uses the gas liquid pressurization system to output the high pressure medium required for the test is designed for the high pressure bursting disc. According to the requirement on the test of bursting disc and the nonlinear characteristic of the system, a PID controller based on fuzzy logic controller to realize parameters adaptive regulation is set up. LabVIEW is used as the development platform of host computer and PLC is used as the slave computer, and a set of control program suitable for the pressure relief test device of the high pressure bursting disc is set up according to the serial port communication protocol to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the test pressure. The experimental results show that the control system achieves expected effect of design and meets requirements of linear supercharging which is demanded in the national standards about the pressure test of bursting disc basically, and it has certain application value for project.
