摘要
针对目前西南烟区烟草打顶抑芽困难的问题,设计了一种体积小、便于携带、适用于丘陵山区的电动烟草打顶抑芽机。该打顶抑芽机主要由定打顶钳、动打顶钳、定喷管、动喷管、钢丝绳、钢丝绳滑轮和电机等组成,由电机拉动钢丝绳使动打顶钳转动剪切烟株顶端茎秆,同时动喷管和定喷管对着剪切后的烟株顶端茎秆喷施抑芽剂。对打顶钳工作点进行了受力分析,确定了钢丝绳滑轮位置;对打顶钳剪切有效力矩进行了分析,建立了剪切有效力矩数学模型,得到最小剪切有效力矩为4.26 N·m,最小剪切有效力矩提供的剪切力为213~426 N,该电动烟草打顶抑芽机完全满足茎秆剪切力要求。
Due to the current top cutting and inhibiting problem for tobacco in southwest tobacco zone, a motor-driven top cutting and inhibiting machine for tobacco has been designed. This machine is small in size and portable, which is applicable in southwestern hilly and mountain area. The machine is mainly composed of fixed cutting plier, operative cutting plier, fixed effuser, operative effuser, wirerope, wirerope pulley and motor, et. al. Motor pulls wirerope and drives operative cutting plier to cut the top stem of tobacco. Fixed effuser and operative effuse meanwhile effuse bud inhibitor.The force of pliers working point was analyzed and the mathematical model of cutting valid torque was established,deducing the minimum cutting valid torque was 4.26 Nom and the cutting force provided by the minimum cutting valid torque was 213 N-426 N, which indicated the motor-driven top cutting and inhibiting machine for tobacco met the requirement of stem cutting force.
