摘要
目的探讨艾条灸联合金黄散外敷在治疗老年患者静脉留置针所致静脉炎中的应用效果。方法将静脉留置针所致静脉炎的老年患者92例随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组采用金黄散外敷,观察组采用艾条灸联合金黄散外敷治疗。观察2组治疗3 d后的疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾条灸联合金黄散外敷治疗老年患者静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效优于金黄散外敷单一疗法。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion with moxa sticks combined with external application of Jinhuang powder in treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle in elderly patients. Methods To tally 92 elderly patients with phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received external application of Jinhuang powder,and those in the observation group were given extra moxibustion with moxa sticks. To evaluate the clinical effect at 3 days after intervention. Results The overall effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The moxibustion with moxa sticks combined with external application of Jinhuang powder is effective in treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.
