摘要
分娩镇痛是用非药物、药物或精神疗法减少产妇在分娩过程中的疼痛,使产妇顺利分娩,是促进产时保健的一项重要措施。本文对分娩镇痛的方法、作用原理及其临床应用效果做一阐述,为指导临床规范化选择分娩镇痛方式。
Labor analgesia,by using non-pharmacological therapy,pharmacological therapy,psychotherapy and other methods,aims to relieve the pain degree and to ensure the safety during delivery. This paper summarized the principle and clinical application of different labor analgesia methods,in order to regulate the clinical practice of labor analgesia.
