摘要
为了提高车用螺母的安全性、可靠性和轻量化,简化车用螺母的实验过程,本文运用ANSYS软件对紧固件螺母进行优化,直观地观察了六角螺母在预紧力作用下的力学特性,对六角螺母的受力情况进行了静力分析.结果表明:优化前,六角螺母等效应力最大值和最小值都比较大,优化后,六角螺母等效应力最大值和最小值都相应减小;在预紧力作用下,通过应力释放槽能够降低螺母结合面上会产生局部应力集中现象;在施加相同挤压力的情况下,应力释放槽起到了释放应力的效果,减小了螺母的接触面承受的接触应力,提高了螺母的力学性能;优化后六角螺母的受力情况和轻量化明显优于优化前,因此,合理加工应力释放槽即可实现汽车轻量化的目的,又可改善螺母的力学性能。
In order to improve the safety, reliability, and lightweight of the vehicle nut, simplify the ve-hicle nut process of the experiment, nut optimization analysis of the fastener using ANSYS software in this paper, visually observed whole process of the hexagonal nut mechanical properties under the pre-load and the hexagonal nut force condition static analysis. The simulation results showed that the hexag-onal nut minimum and maximum von Mises stress was bigger before structure optimization, the hexago-nal nut minimum and maximum von Mises stress was bigger reduced, local stress concentration of the nut combined surface can produce through stress release groove under the preload, stress release real-ized and contact stress of the nut was reduced under the same extrusion force, and the nut mechanical properties was improve as the same time, the force and weight of the nut were more superior after optimi-zation, therefore, reasonable stress release glove can achieve light weight, and can improve the mechan-ical properties of nut.
