摘要
焦页197-4HF是涪陵页岩气田平桥南区197平台的一口三开制大位移开发井,三开2614~4941m,水平段长2327m,三开龙马溪组地层以黑色页岩为主,对钻井液页岩地层井壁稳定及润滑性要求较高。三开段使用油基钻井液,现场使用表明,油基钻井液的携岩性、井眼净化效果良好;其高温高压滤失量均控制在3m L以内,且滤液全为油相,减少了对储层液损坏,避免了水敏等伤害;该油基钻井液具有良好的流变性、电稳定性和润滑性,井壁稳定和储层保护效果明显,且现场对钻井液的维护措施完善,使其在焦页197-4HF井的应用取得了良好效果。
Jiaoye 197-4 HF is a three-zone large-displacement development well in South District of Pingqiao in Fuling Shale Gas Field. The horizontal section is 2327 meters long,and the formation of Longmaxi is dominated by black shale,which has a higher requirement of stability and lubrication drilling fluids in shale formation. In field operations,the oil base drilling fluids has good carrying performance,and hence good hole cleaning. The HTHP filter loss in drilling the reservoir section was controlled to less than 3 m L,and the filtrate was almost whole oil,helpful in eliminating reservoir damage by water invasion,to name but one.Laboratory evaluation and field application showed that the oil base drilling fluid had good rheology,electric stability and lubricity. Bore hole wall stabilization and reservoir protection were both achieved. With the aid op property maintenance and cuttings disposal measures,the application of the oil base mud has made a great coup in Jiaoye 197-4 HF.
