摘要
针对煤层气井压裂施工中使用常规支撑剂压裂后支撑剂返吐严重,排采过程中地层出砂、出煤粉等情况,提出了使用低温可固化覆膜砂作为支撑剂的技术。通过室内试验比较了低温可固化覆膜砂与未覆膜石英砂支撑剂的性能,结果表明:树脂覆膜砂具有较好的导流能力,在地层条件下能够有效地胶结,且胶结后对地层渗透性影响较小。介绍了低温可固化覆膜砂支撑剂的现场施工工艺,试验结果表明:对于骨架煤层夹持力较低的煤层气田,使用该覆膜砂可以较好的维持产气通道和有效的防止支撑剂吐出、煤层出砂和煤粉,是一种较好的压裂支撑剂。指出目前市场上的覆膜树脂砂和固化剂价格相对较高,应开发价廉、高效的新型覆膜树脂砂和化学固砂剂。
Aiming at the fact that the proppant flowback seriously and the coal stratum produced more sand and coal powder when using conventional proppant in the fracturing of coal bed methane( CBM) wells,a method of using low temperature curable coated sand as the proppant has been proposed. The performance of low temperature curable coated sand and uncoated sand proppant is compared in laboratory tests and the results show that the coated sand exhibits better flow conductivity,it can be cemented effectively under coal seam conditions and has slight effects on the permeability of coal seam. The on-site construction process of low temperature curable coated sand proppant is presented,and the test results show that for the coal bed methane field’s skeleton coal seam with lower clamping force,the use of the coated sand can sustain gas channel better and effectively prevent the proppant,the sand and coal powder from spitting back.The low temperature curable coated sand is a preferred pressure crack proppant. It is pointed out that the price of coated sand and sand-consolidating agent in current market is higher,and it is important to develop new coated sand and sand-consolidating agent with low cost and high efficiency.
