摘要
借助Hypermesh得到了系统的有限元模型。对模型运用Nastran进行传递力谐响应分析,由分析可知传递力超出工程范围,不符合要求。通过正交试验设计的方法对橡胶吊耳Z方向的刚度进行优化,来减小吊钩传递到车身的传递力;以整个系统的约束模态频率和激励频率耦合最小为优化目标得到各吊耳最优刚度值;最后通过优化前后吊钩的传递力对比分析,验证了优化的有效性。
The finite element model of the system is obtained using Hypermesh. Nastran is used to analyze the harmonic response of the model. The analysis shows that the transfer force is beyond the scope of the project and does not meet the requirements. In this paper, the stiffness of the rubber lifting lug Z direction is optimized by the orthogonal design test to reduce the transmission force of the hook to the vehicle body. The optimal stiffness of each lug is obtained by minimizing the coupling between the modal frequency and the excitation frequency of the whole system. Finally, the effectiveness of the optimization is verified by comparing the transfer force between the front and rear hook.
