摘要
在现代企业人力资源管理工作中,信息化管理比重越来越大,重要性日益凸显。然而,与一些发达国家相比较,我国中小企业信息化管理水平还存在很大差距,尤其是实体经济中小企业中,信息化管理水平还需要进一步加强。本文针对信息化背景下中小企业绩效管理存在的问题,简要探讨了中小企业绩效管理信息化的实施路径。
In the human resource management of modern enterprises,the proportion of information management is bigger and bigger,and information management is becoming more and more important.However,compared with some developed countries,there is still a large gap on the informationization management level of middle and small-sized enterprises,especially the real economy of middle and small-sized enterprises,whose informationization management level urgently need to be further improved.This paper aims at the problems existing in the performance management of middle and small-sized enterprises in the context of informatization,and briefly discusses the implementation path of middle and small-sized enterprises performance management informatization.
