摘要
利用天威Co Li Do2.0桌面级3D打印机制备丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)和聚乳酸(PLA)两种材料的圆筒制件,并对制件进行了测量和实验数据分析。结果表明,圆筒类制件在桌面级打印机可打印尺寸范围内,打印尺寸越大,精度越高;打印相同外径的圆筒类制件时,壁厚越小,打印出来的精度越高。
The cylindrical parts made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) and polylactic acid(PLA) materials were prepared by using the CoLiDo2.0 desktop 3D printer,and the parts was measured and analyzed experimentally.The results show that for the cylindrical parts,in the print size range of the desktop-level printer,the larger the printing size,the higher the precision;when printing cylindrical parts of the same outer diameter,the smaller the wall thickness,the higher the precision of printing.
