摘要
目的:评估聚多卡醇硬化剂在门诊治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年10月符合入组条件的在我中心门诊行聚多卡醇硬化剂注射治疗的187例下肢静脉曲张患者,共计264人次。对注射治疗后1个月内的相关并发症发生情况进行随访观察。结果:硬化剂注射治疗中有2人次(0.8%)术后出现明显疼痛(VAS≥4),57人次(21.6%)术后1个月仍存在明显的色素沉着,4人次(1.5%)出现血栓性浅静脉炎。未出现注射后皮肤坏死、深静脉血栓、过敏、卒中、视觉障碍、呼吸困难等并发症。色素沉着的发生与女性、硬化剂浓度及形态相关(均P<0.05),与聚多卡醇用量及泡沫硬化剂用量未见明显相关性。结论:在门诊应用聚多卡醇治疗下肢静脉曲张是安全的。
Objective：To evaluate the safety of polidocanol in treatment of varicose veins in outpatients.Methods：The research analyzed 187 patients（264 person-times）who received sclerotherapy with polidocanol from June 2015 to October 2016 in our center.The patients were followed up for 1 month and the complications were recorded.Results：There were 2 person-times（0.8%）who felt obvious pain（VAS≥4）after injection.Fifty-seven person-times（21.6%）had skin pigmentation and 4 person-times（1.5%）suffered from thrombophlebitis during follow-up.There was no skin necrosis,deep vein thrombosis,allergic reaction,stroke,visual disturbance or dyspnea during follow-up.Skin pigmentation was related to female,the concentration and form of polidocanol（all P 〈0.05）.It was not related to the dosage of polidocanol or the volume of foam.Conclusion：Polidocanol is safe for treatment of varicose veins in outpatients.
