摘要
皖江城市带是辐射和引领中部地区崛起的重点发展区域。以新发展理念贯穿经济社会发展全过程为切入点,从经济发展、科技创新、资源环境和民生改善等四个层面构建了皖江城市带经济社会发展绩效评价指标体系,应用基于主客观的组合赋权评价方法和线性加权评价模型,对皖江城市带10个地区的经济社会发展绩效进行了综合评价,并根据评价结果分析,提出了相应的优化措施。
Wanjiang City Belt is the key development area leading the rise of the central region. The paper takes the new idea for the economic and social development as an entry point, and it constructs the evaluation index system from four aspects including the economic, scientific innovation, resources and environment and people＇s livelihood. The paper makes theevaluation on the economic and social development performance of 10 cities in the Wanjiang City Belt by the combination weighting methods. The corresponding policy suggestions are put forward according to the analytical results.
