教师资格证考试改革背景下师范生课程满意度调查——以豫北某高校为例 被引量:3

An Investigation and Analysis on the Course Satisfaction Degree of Normal Students under the Backgrounds of Teacher Qualification Examination Reform——In a Case of X College in North-Henan

摘要 为了解师范本科生对课程的满意情况,采用自编问卷对豫北某高校师范专业的185名学生进行了调查。结果显示:师范生对课程的整体情况基本满意;对公共基础课课程开设及教学基本满意;对专业课课程开设、课程作用、教师教学以及考核方式比较满意,但对专业课程的学习存在一定的困难;对实习实训课程开设、实习效果、与专业的匹配度比较满意,但对实习时长满意度低于其他因素;对公共选修课持基本满意的态度。总体来看,各项调查结果离"非常满意"还有一定差距。主要原因是:课程内容理论性过强,与实践结合程度不高;实习实训时间短,难以锻炼教学技能;选课方式不合理,难以满足学生的需求。为适应教师资格证考试改革的需要,提高师范生课程满意度:一要强化教师教育课程,培养准教师的职业意识;二要顺应教师资格证考试方向,加强专业知识学习;三要创新学科教学,变革教学内容;四要满足学生选课需求,提高学生选课自由度;五要加强教育实习,强化实践教学。 In order to understand the normal undergraduate students' satisfaction with the course,a questionnaire was used to investigate 185 students majoring in normal specialties of X College in North-Henan; The finding shows: normal students feel " basically satisfied" with general status of courses,public basic courses setting and teachers' teaching,"more satisfied"with professional courses setting,curriculum role,teacher's teaching and assessment methods,but with some difficulties in the study of professional courses; students feel "more satisfied"with practical training setting,training results,and professional matching degree,but less satisfied with the length of internship time than other factors; students feel "basically satisfied"with the public elective course. As a whole,the investigation results are far from the"very satisfactory". The main reason is as follows: Too strong theoretical content made courses less connected with the practice; Too short training time made the students difficult to exercise teaching skills; Unreasonable course choice is difficult to meet the students' needs. In order to meet the needs of teacher qualification examination reform,and improve the curriculum satisfaction of normal college students,we should:first,strengthen the teacher education curriculum,cultivate the prospective teachers 'professional consciousness;second,conform to the direction of teacher qualification examination reform and strengthen the professional knowledge learning; third,innovate the subject teaching and change the teaching content; fourth,meet the needs of students to choose courses and improve the freedom of students in courses selecting; fifth,strengthen the teaching practice and enhance the practical teaching.
