高血压动脉粥样硬化患者血清中APN和MIP-1a与颈动脉病变程度及心血管事件的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高血压动脉粥样硬化患者血清中APN和MIP-1a与颈动脉病变程度及心血管事件的关系。方法:选取某院2016年5~2017年5月期间,确诊为高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者90例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中APN和MIP-1a水平,探讨不同颈动脉病变程度患者血清中APN和MIP-1a水平,并采用logistics回归分析探讨患者心血管事件发生的危险因素。结果:APN高水平组患软斑块、复合斑块发生率为37.7%、33.3%,明显高于低水平组患者;MIP-1a高水平组患者软斑块、复合斑块发生率为40%、31.1%,明显高于低水平组患者;扁平斑块、硬斑块发生率分别为15.7%、13.7%,明显低于低水平组;APN高水平组患者内-中膜厚度、斑块面积分别为(2.2±1.2)mm、(2.7±1.1)cm2,明显高于对应低水平组患者,MIP-1a高水平组患者分别为(2.3±1.4)mm、(2.8±1.4)cm2,明显高于对应低水平组患者。APN(P=0.01)、MIP-1a(P=0.04)是患者心血管事件的独立风险因素。结论:高血压动脉粥样硬化患者血清中APN和MIP-1a与颈动脉病变程度及心血管事件的密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum APN and MIP-1 ain in serum of hypertensive patients with atherosclerosis and the degree of carotid artery disease and cardiovascular events.Methods:90 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with carotid atherosclerosis treated in a hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object.The serum levels of APN and MIP-1 awere detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa),and the levels of APN and MIP-1 ain patients with different degree of carotid artery disease were studied.The risk factors of cardiovascular events were analyzed by logistics regression analysis.Results:The incidence of soft plaque and composite plaque in the high level APN group(37.7%,33.3%)was significantly higher than that in the low level APN group.The incidence of soft plaque and composite plaque in the high level MIP-1 agroup(40%,31.1%)was significantly higher than that in the low level MIP-1 agroup.The incidence of flat plaque and hard plaque in the high level group(15.7%,13.7%)was significantly lower than that in the low level group.The IMT and plaque area in the high level APN group were(2.2±1.2)mm and(2.7±1.1)cm2,which were higher than those in the low level group,respectively.The IMT and plaque area in high level MIP-1 agroup were(2.3±1.4)mm and(2.8±1.4)cm2,which were significantly higher than low level group.APN(P=0.01)and MIP-1 a(P=0.04)were independent risk factors for cardiovascular events.Conclusion:Serum APN and MIP-1 ain hypertensive patients with atherosclerosis are closely related to the degree of carotid artery disease and cardiovascular events.
