摘要
目的:比较实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术(SAT)和尿液快速检测法在淋球菌检测中的诊断价值,以选择更为准确、快速、实用的临床检测方法。方法:采集某站孕前优生健康检查人群200例,每例分别进行快速法和SAT法检测,每例另取1份分泌物拭子标本做分离培养金标准对照用。结果:快速法阳性率为28%,SAT法阳性率为22%,其中疑似标本快速法与SAT法阳性率分别为44%、39%,无症状标本快速法与SAT阳性率分别为12%、5%。尿液快速法的敏感性和特异性分别为100%、90%,SAT法的敏感性和特异性分别为100%、97.5%。结论:尿液快速法与SAT法的敏感性均较好,SAT法的特异性高于尿液快速法。尿液快速法简单、灵敏,可作为基层单位大批量体检标本的初筛方法,SAT技术精准、特异,针对可疑标本配合使用可以帮助临床综合诊断,提高淋球菌检测的准确率。
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of real-time fluorescent nucleic acid constant temperature amplification technique and urine rapid detection method in the detection of gonococcus in order to select a more accurate,rapid and practical clinical detection method.Methods:Two hundred cases of prepregnancy health examination were collected,each case was detected by rapid and SAT method,and one sample of secretion swab was taken for the standard control of culture gold.Results:The positive rate of rapid assay was 28% and the positive rate of SAT method was 22%.The positive rates of suspected specimen rapid method and SAT method were 44% and 39%,respectively.The positive rates of rapid method and SAT in asymptomatic specimens were 12%and 5%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of urine rapid method were 100% and 90%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of SAT were 100% and 97.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The sensitivity of urine rapid assay and SAT method is good,and the specificity of the SAT method is higher than the rapid method of urine.The rapid urine method is simple and sensitive,which can be used as a primary screening method for mass physical examination samples in basic units.SAT technique is accurate and specific,which can help clinical comprehensive diagnosis and improve the accuracy of gonococcal detection.
