摘要
目的:分析临床护理路径在过敏性紫癜住院患儿中的应用价值,研究该方式对其住院、消疹时间的影响。方法:纳入某院收治的过敏性紫癜住院患儿150例,随机分成临床路径组与常规组各75例。常规组按照常规模式予以干预,临床路径组实施临床护理路径干预,比较两组住院时间、症状消失时间以及生活质量。结果:临床路径组皮疹、消化道症状、关节疼痛消失时间均小于常规组,且住院时间小于常规组,两组比较有差异(P<0.05);临床路径组护理后生活质量评分显著高于常规组,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能促进过敏性紫癜患儿症状改善,从而缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective：To analyze the application value of clinical nursing pathway in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura（HSP）,and to study the effect on hospital stay and the time of rash regression.Methods：150 cases of children with HSP treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into the clinical pathway group and routine group,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were treated with routine mode,and the patients in the clinical pathway group were treated with the intervention of clinical nursing pathway.The hospitalization time,the time of symptom disappearance and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results：The time of disappearance of rash,digestive tract symptoms and joint pain in the clinical pathway group were shorter than that in the routine group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the routine group.There was difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The quality of life score of clinical pathway group was significantly higher than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing pathway can relieve the symptoms in children with HSP,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of Clinical popularization.
