摘要
目的探讨射频热凝联合臭氧术治疗伴有HIZ椎间盘源性腰痛的短期临床疗效。方法回顾分析2015年3月-2016年11月64例伴有HIZ椎间盘源性腰痛患者的临床资料,治疗后采用VAS评分和腰痛疗效结果评分评价疗效。结果术中及术后无并发症出现。治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月时的VAS评分、LBOS评分与治疗前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIZ可以做为椎间盘源性腰痛诊断的重要参考,与椎间盘造影发挥着同等重要的作用。射频热凝联合臭氧术治疗伴HIZ的椎间盘源性腰痛短期内效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical treatment effects of radiofrequency combined ozone on discogenic low back pain with HIZ. Methods The clinical data of hospitalized patients with DLBP with HIZ were retrospectively analyzed from March 2015 to November 2016.In which 64 patients with complete data were treated with minimally invasive radiofrequency combined ozone, and VAS and Low Back Outcome Scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results No complications occurred. Comparing preoperative and postoperative assessments, the differentiation are significant（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion HIZ can be used as an important reference for the diagnosis of DLBP, and play the same important role with discography. Short-term treatment effects of radiofrequency combined with ozone on discogenic low back pain with HIZ is significant.
