医联体模式下各级医疗机构人员对分级诊疗的认知探析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探析医联体模式下各级医疗机构人员对分级诊疗的认知。方法自行设计一份问卷调查,调查时间为2017年7—9月,对我市各级医疗机构人员发放750份调查问卷,其中社区卫生服务中心医护人员241人,二级医疗机构医护人员210人,三级医疗机构医护人员299人,并对有效问卷进行统计学分析。结果社区卫生服务中心医疗机构医护人员、二级医疗机构医护人员和三级医疗机构医护人员对分级诊疗认知情况存在差异,三级医疗机构医护人员对分级诊疗的了解率明显高于二级医疗机构和社区卫生服务中心的医护人员(P<0.05)。结论医联体模式下的分级诊疗制度,不同级别的医疗机构的医护人员认知程度不同,医院级别越高,医护人员对医联体模式下的分级诊疗认知程度越高。 Objective To explore the cognition of classification diagnosis and treatment of medical institutions at all levels in the medical association mode. Methods A questionnaire was designed, medical institutions at all levels of our city personnel to issue 750 questionnaires, including 241 people in the community health service center staff, the secondary medical institution staff 210 people, three levels of medical institutions staff 299 people, and the effective questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results The community health service center staff of medical institutions, secondary medical staff medical institutions and medical staff of tertiary medical grading diagnosis and cognitive differences, three levels of medical institutions staff understanding of hierarchical diagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of the secondary medical institutions andmedical staff of community health service center(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion The classification system of couplet of medical mode, different levels of medical institutions of medical personnel cognition is different, the higher the level of hospital, medical staff of couplet of medical higher cognition mode of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
