摘要
采用ABAQUS软件建立拟建隧道和上方既有输气管道的三维有限元模型,利用"生死"单元对拟建隧道分步开挖和支护进行模拟.分析开挖过程中土体的沉降和塑性应变、混凝土支护结构的应力,重点研究既有输气管道的沉降量及应力分布.数值计算表明:开挖结束后混凝土支护的最大拉应力、管道的最大沉降值以及管道最大应力均未超过许用值,拟建隧道开挖后上方输气管道是安全的.
In this paper,a 3 Dmodel of the proposed tunnel and the existing gas pipeline is established by ABAQUS software,and the "model change" units are used to simulate the step excavation and supporting.The settlement and plasticity of soil,stress of concrete supporting structure in excavation process are analyzed,and the settlement and stress distribution of existing gas pipeline are mainly studied.Numerical calculation shows that the maximum tensile stress,the maximum settlement value and the maximum stress of the pipe are not exceed the allowable value.Overall,the gas pipeline above is safe after the excavation of the tunnel.
