摘要
针对现场加工工艺情况,提出使用工作转台转换工位的喷涂方法,来替代原来的手工喷涂,可大大改善工人的工作环境。根据运动学方程,推导出适合旋转平台使用的脉冲数目,并针对工艺要求设计出相应的运动控制包络,此外,设计出光耦隔离电路实现对伺服编码器反馈信号的读取。最后对实验进行验证,实验结果符合预期的设计要求。
Considering the on-the-spot spray processing requirements,a spray method based on rotating platform is introduced to replace the manual spraying,which can improve the working environment greatly. Based on kinematical equation,the number of pulses that rotating platform needs is figured out. In order to control servo motor,some motion control envelopes are designed. Besides,in order to get motors' location information,an opto-isolator circuit is designed. Finally,a testing experiment is carried out,and the result shows that the design meets the requirements.
