摘要
简要介绍了影响火电燃煤机组烟气脱硝系统NOx参数稳定性的主要原因和选择性催化还原法方式(SCR)脱硝喷氨自动调节控制策略,并对脱硝系统喷氨流量的自动控制方法进行论述,提出以固定出口NOx串级控制方法代替单回路脱硝效率的优化控制方式,阐述了自动调节系统在调试和投运中遇到的问题及解决方法和投运后的效果。解决了脱硝出口NOx参数因惯性大而难于控制的问题,满足了SCR脱硝自动化控制要求,具有一定的参考性。
It briefly introduces the key factors affecting the stability of NOxparameters of thermal power unit coal-fired flue gas denitrification systemautomatic adjustment control strategy with selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification ammonia injection. It discusses the automatic control method of ammonia injection flow and puts forward an optimized control method,by which fixed NOxoutlets are cascade controlled,to replace the single loop denitrification. It explains the problems,solutions and the effect of the automatic control system in the debugging and operation process. It solves the difficulty in controlling NOx parameter at denitrification outlets due to the inertia and meets the requirement of SCR denitrification automatic control,which is of certain reference.
