摘要
为了解决超高层建筑使用的高性能混凝土在泵送时的损失问题,通过第一阶段的配合比设计以及现场施工情况的反馈,经过多次优化原材料性能和调整掺配比例,重新拌制出只掺加粉煤灰类矿物掺合料的C50高性能混凝土。经检测,该成品混凝土的流动性、扩展度、含气量、压力泌水率等各项指标均达到最佳状态。
In order to solve the problem of loss of high-performance concrete used in high-rise buildings during pumping,based on the mix design in the first stage and feedback on job site conditions,C50 high-performance concrete with the only mineral admixture of fly ash was prepared after repeatedly optimizing the performance of raw materials and making adjustment of the blending ratio.The test results show that the indices such as fluidity,ductility,air content,and pressure bleeding rate of finished concrete all reach the best state.
