摘要 组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t PA)属于丝氨酸蛋白酶家族,其在包括脑和脊髓的大多数器官中都有表达。t PA在去除血管内纤维蛋白沉积中起到重要作用,已被批准用于急性脑缺血的溶栓治疗。在中枢神经系统(CNS),t PA调控了神经元存活、突触可塑性和学习与记忆等过程。t PA可以由多种类型的细胞合成,所以其功能并不局限于血管和CNS。文章主要针对t PA的结构特征、其在脑缺血中的作用以及t PA的其他作用进行综述。 Tissue-type plasminogen activator( t PA) belongs to the serine protease family,which is expressed in most organs,including the brain and spinal cord. t PA plays an important role in the removal of intravascular fibrin deposition and has been approved for thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral ischemia. In the central nervous system( CNS),t PA displays many important functions,such as neuronal survival or death,synaptic plasticity,and learning and memory processes. t PA can be synthesized by many types of cells,so it has additional functions besides the blood vessels and CNS. In this review,we provide the structural features,the role in cerebral ischemia,and other functions of t PA.
