摘要
长水平井提高单井产量是页岩气开发的发展趋势,涪陵页岩气田开发调整阶段将超长水平井作为增产提效的主要措施之一,在焦石坝主体区块焦页2平台进行了试验。钻井实践表明,随着水平段的延伸,同比常规水平井,超长水平井井眼摩阻扭矩增大、循环压耗升高以及井筒钻屑量增多,轨迹控制及套管下入难度增大,井眼防碰压力更大,易形成岩屑床,钻压传递困难,钻具易疲劳损坏。针对技术难题,通过低摩阻轨迹优化设计、井眼防碰扭描方法、导向技术优选及轨迹控制、井眼净化、钻具优选、套管下入等技术研究,解决了施工中的技术难题,焦页2-5HF长水平井顺利完井,水平段3 065 m,生产套管顺利下至预计井深,为国内超长水平井钻完井提供了经验。
It's a trend to drill super-long horizontal wells to improve single-well productivity and reduce drilling investment during shale gas development. At Fuling shale gas field,the super long horizontal well has been taken as one of the major improvements during the development adjustment stage. A test was done on Platform Jiaoye-2 at the main Jiaoshiba Block. The drilling showed that,with the horizontal interval extended,the wellbore friction,torque,circulation pressure loss and cuttings will increase,which will worse the profile control and casing running,and make well collision prevention,WOB transmission,cuttings removal more difficult,and the drilling tools will be fatigue damaged. Study has been made to have low-friction borehole profile planning,well collision prevention method,optimum steering technology selection, well cleaning, optimum drilling tool selection and casing running to facilitate the drilling of Well Jiaoye 2-5 HF. It was finally drilling to expected well depth,the horizontal length was 3065 m,experience has been learned for domestic drilling and completion of super-long horizontal wells.
