安塞油田长6厚状油层纵向均匀酸化技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 均匀酸化技术是针对纵向上层间渗透率差异大的油层改造的一种有效手段,该技术的核心为暂堵颗粒。在调研了均匀酸化的原理及实验分析基础上,室内研发了KL-1暂堵颗粒,其具有良好的油溶性,酸/水不溶性,储层伤害小,可稳定分散悬浮于携带液中,实现对高渗部位的暂时封堵使酸液分流转向从而达到对厚状储层的均匀酸化。该技术共完成了8口老井的现场应用,施工成功率100%,有效增产井6口,有效率为87.5%,平均有效期超过152 d,有效期内平均单井日增油1.2 t,增产效果显著。 The uniform acidizing technology is an effective stimulation method for reservoirs with highly heterogeneous permeability longitudinally. The core of the technology is the temporary blocking particles. On the basis of research on the principle of the uniform acidizing and analysis of experiments,a temporary plugging particle named KL-1 with the characteristics of good oil solubility,insolubility in water/liquid acid,the lower damage to reservoir and the stable suspension in carrying fluid,KL-1 aims to a uniform acidification in the formation by temporary blocking high-permeability zone and diverting the acid fluid to the target zone. The technology was adopted to complete 8 wells on site. The result shows an operation success ratio of 100%,stimulation in 6 wells is effective. The total effectiveness rate is87. 5%,and average effective date exceeds 152d,with the daily oil output increased 1. 2t in a single well. All of which proves a significant oil production enhancement.
