ZEB-1、E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系 被引量:2

Expression of ZEB-1 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors

摘要 目的:研究ZEB-1、E-cadherin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理因素之间的相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(IHC法)检测ZEB-1蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白在171例胃癌组织和60例癌旁胃组织中的表达情况,分析两种蛋白在胃癌组织中与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:ZEB-1在胃癌组织中呈阳性表达,阳性表达率明显高于癌旁胃组织(P<0.05),且表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM临床分期有关(P<0.05);E-cadherin在胃癌组织中阳性表达率明显低于癌旁胃组织,且表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM临床分期有关(P<0.05);ZEB-1、E-cadherin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关性(r=-0.369,P=0.019)。结论:联合检测E-cadherin和ZEB-1对判断胃癌患者的预后具有一定的临床价值。 Objective:To analyze ZEB-1,E-cadherin protein expression in gastric carcinoma tissue and their pathology and the relationship between clinical factors.Methods:Use immune histochemical method( IHC) to detect ZEB-1 protein and E-cadherin protein in 171 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 60 cases of normal gastric tissue adjacent to carcinoma,the relationship between the two proteins and the clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer tissue was analyzed.Results:Immunohistochemical results showed positive expression of ZEB-1 in gastric cancer tissue,and the positive expression rate was higher than the normal gastric tissues adjacent to carcinoma of the positive expression rate( P〈0.05).This expression and tumor infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM were related( P〈0.05).Immunohistochemical results show that E-cadherin in gastric cancer tissues positive expression rate was lower than the normal gastric tissues adjacent to carcinoma of the positive expression rate( P〈0.05),the expression and tumor infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM staging( P〈0.05).ZEB-1,E cadherin protein in gastric cancer tissue expression showed a negative correlation( r =-0.369,P = 0.019).Conclusion:Combined detection of E-cadherin and ZEB-1 has a certain clinical value in judging the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
