超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的效果分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的效果。方法选取我院收治的面部痤疮瘢痕的患者120例作为本次研究对象,分为对照组与综合组(n=60)开展研究,两组患者均采用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,综合组在此基础上联合进行微针治疗。在疗程结束以后对两组患者的瘢痕治疗的效果进行评价。结果综合组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组80%(P<0.05);并且综合组中,治疗疗程与显效及治疗总有效率呈正相关。结论运用超脉冲CO2点阵激光疗法联合微针治疗,在痤疮凹陷性疤痕的治疗上较为科学且有效,该方法值得临床运用与推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with micro-acupuncture on acne scars. Methods A total of 120 patients with facial acne scars in our hospital were selected as subjects of this study. The patients were divided into control group and comprehensive group(n=60). Both groups were treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 laser, comprehensive group. On this basis, combined microneedle therapy. The effect of scar treatment on both groups of patients was evaluated after the course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the comprehensive group was 96.67%, which was significantly better than that in the control group(P〈0.05). In the comprehensive group, the course of treatment was positively correlated with the marked effect and the total treatment efficiency. Conclusion The use of ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with micro-needle therapy is more scientific and effective in the treatment of acne depression scars. This method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
