摘要
"互联网+"背景下,公共图书馆传统文献资源服务已远远满足不了公众的实时需求,杭州图书馆推出的文献资源创新服务是公共图书馆文献资源创新服务的一次有益尝试和探索。文章以杭州图书馆的文献资源创新服务相关实践为基础,探讨公共图书馆开展此项服务的创新策略:创新文献采选模式、创新文献推荐、创新文献传递方式、创新用户管理。
Under the Internet ＋ background, the traditional literature resources service of the public library is far from satisfying the real-time demand of the public. The service innovation of literature resources launched by Hangzhou Library is a beneficial attempt and exploration in public library. Based on the related practices of Hangzhou Library, this paper probes into the innovative strategies of public library in carrying out this service： innovating literature acquisition mode, innovating literature recommendation, innovating document delivery mode, and innovating user management.
