摘要
目的:采用近红外光谱技术(NIRS)快速定性判别市售三七粉末饮片粉末部位来源。方法:采集三七主根、筋条、剪口各部位的NIRS图,采用主成分分析与马氏距离相结合的判别分类方法,建立三七不同药用部位的判别分析模型,运用模型对市售三七粉末饮片粉末部位来源进行判别。结果:在波段范围为4 400~4 800 cm-1、5 400~6 600 cm-1、7 800~10 000 cm-1三七主根、剪口和筋条能够较好的分类,内部验证准确率均为100%,外部验证三七主根、剪口和筋条准确率分别为100%、75%和66%;25批市售三七粉末饮片粉末部位来源的鉴别中,有22批粉末部位来源判别为剪口,有3批粉末部位来源判别为剪口和筋条的混合物。结论:用近红外光谱技术对市售三七粉末饮片粉末部位来源的快速判别可行,既扩展了近红外在线监测应用功能,又补充了传统性状鉴别的局限性。
Objective: To determine the medicinal part of commercially available Panax notoginseng powder using near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: After collecting the near-infrared spectra of Panax notoginseng taproot,rod and rhizome,the discriminant analysis method of the different medicinal parts of Panax notoginseng was established by using the method of principal component analysis and Mahalanobis distance. Results: In wavelength range of 4 400 ~ 4 800 cm-1,5 400~6 600 cm-1 and 7 800 ~ 10 000 cm-1,Panax notoginseng taproot,rod and rhizome were able to be distinguished. The accuracy rate of internal validation was 100%,66% and 75%,respectively. 25 batches of commercially available Panax notoginseng powder was identified,there were 22 batches of powder identified as a rhizome and three batches of powder identified as a mixture of rod and rhizome. Conclusion: It is feasible to identify the medicinal part of commercially available Panax notoginseng powder by near infrared spectroscopy technique,which extends the application function of near infrared on-line monitoring and supplement the limitation of traditional traits.
