藏药“君西”的药学及矿物学鉴别研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较分析藏药君西的藏药学和矿物学鉴别特征,完善其鉴别方法。方法:选取青海、西藏、四川、甘肃等四大藏区12个典型产地的君西样品,应用藏药学传统鉴定方法及现代矿物学鉴定方法进行鉴定,从感官、切片显微等方面总结君西的主要鉴别特征。结果:12个不同产地的君西具有不同的颜色和感官特征,从矿物学角度看均属于方解石类碳酸钙岩石,由于成岩年代、地理地质环境、参入的矿物质的种类、含量不同而形成不同的岩石,其中方解石比例约占总体岩石的99%左右。结论:现代矿物学的术语和鉴别方法能够更好的描述君西的特征,切片显微技术的应用能够为更准确的鉴定君西提供技术支持。矿物学鉴别技术的引入可为藏药君西药材科学鉴定规范的形成及矿物药的深入研究提供参考。 Objective: To compare,summariz and conclude the characteristics of Jongshi in Tibetan medicine and mineralogical identification,in order to improve its identification methods. Methods: Twelve typical origin Jongshi samples were collected from Qinghai,Tibet,Sichuan and Gansu,four major areas,applied traditional identification methods in Tibetan medicine and modern mineralogical identification method,to identify the main difference,and summarized the characteristics of Jongshi from sensory,microscopic etc. Results: Twelve different regions' Jongshi had different color and sensory characteristics. From the viewpoint of mineralogy,belongs to the calcite calcium carbonate rocks. Because of the different diagenetic age,geological and geographical environment,participate in the mineral content of different types,and the formation of different rocks,its' calcite proportion was about 99% overall calcite rocks. Conclusion: Therefore,the terminology and identification methods of modern mineralogy can be better described by Jongshi characteristics,the application of microscopic technology can provide technical support for more accurate identification of Jongshi. The introduction of mineralogical identification techniques can provide reference for the formation of scientific identification standard of Tibetan medicine Jongshi and the further research for mineral medicine.
