摘要
介绍煤矿皮带机中变频器在软启动和软停车、降低对皮带的强度标准以及强化功率平衡性等方面发挥的节能作用,对变频器在系统结构与系统功能实现方法进行探究,解析其带来的经济效益,希望在推动我国煤矿皮带机变频技术发展方面有所助益。
This paper introduces the energy-saving function of frequency converter in soft start and soft stop, reduce the strength standard of belt and strengthen power balance in coal mine belt machine, and probes into the system structure and system function realization method of inverter.In order to promote the development of frequency conversion technology of coal mine belt conveyor in China, the paper analyzes its economic benefits to improve the frequency conversion and energy saving of belt conveyor.
