摘要
在室内人工设置条件下,采用平板培养方法研究了辣椒菌核病病菌子囊盘的发育历程,探讨了菌核大小、营养条件、温度、光照等因素对子囊盘形成的影响。结果表明,辣椒菌核病病菌子囊盘的发育历期可分为针状期、膨大期、漏斗期和平盘期,持续时间1~30 d。菌核的大小是影响子囊盘直径和发育历期的内在关键因素。前期4℃低温处理可显著提高菌核萌发率。菌核在15~25℃范围内均可萌发产生子囊盘,最佳温度为20℃。菌核必须在光照下才可萌发形成子囊盘,但长期光照亦会产生一定的抑制作用。营养物质和紫外光照射无法有效促进菌核萌发形成子囊盘。
Development of apothecia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on pepper was studied at artificial condition by plate methods in lab, and effects of sclerotial size, nutrients, temperature and light on apothecial development of S. sclerotiorum were investigated. The results showed that development of apothecia of S. sclerotiorum could be divided into four stages:needle-like stage, expanding stage, funnel stage and flat pan stage, and the duration ranged from 1 to 30 days. Sclerotial size was a critical factor affecting diameter and development period of the apothecia. Germination rate of the apothecium could be significantly promoted by low temperature treatment at 4 ℃ in prophase. Apothecia could grow at the temperature with the range from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃, and 20 ℃ was the optimum temprature. Light was a necessary condition for apothecial development, while long time light brought inhibitory effect. Nutrients and ultraviolet light could not promote development of the apothecia.
